# X-Point System & Token Conversion

At the heart of X-Pool’s Play-to-Own architecture is the **X-Point system** a transparent, skill-based rewards model that directly links player engagement to blockchain value without compromising game integrity.

#### What Are X-Points?

**X-Points** are a non-transferable in-game metric awarded for consistent gameplay, performance milestones, and community engagement. They represent a player's contribution and progress within the game and act as the sole gateway to redeeming **$NVX**, the Novatrax utility token.

**Note**: The X-Point redemption program is a **one-time allocation** available only during the early access period. A snapshot will be taken at the end of the grinding window to verify eligible users and X-Point totals.

#### How Players Earn X-Points

X-Points are earned through a wide variety of gameplay activities, encouraging players to engage daily and progress across seasonal content.

**Key X-Point Sources:**

| **Tournaments**           | Top 25% finish                      | 250 → 5,000          |
| **Seasonal Events**       | Timed objectives                    | 500 → 2,500          |
| **Daily/Weekly Missions** | Match or social goals               | 50 → 200 per mission |

#### Fixed Conversion Rate

To maintain clarity and fairness, X-Points are redeemed at a **fixed rate**:

1,000 X-Points = 1 $NVX Token

This rate is universal across all player tiers, ensuring fairness and predictability. Higher-tier players simply earn more X-Points through their performance, rather than benefiting from preferential conversion.

#### Redemption Controls

To protect the value of $NVX and prevent abuse, redemption is regulated via:

1. **Global Daily Cap**:\
   Total redemptions across the player base are capped at **1,370 $NVX/day** (adjustable as needed based on DAU and inflation targets)
2. **Tiered Player Limits**:\
   Individual players have maximum daily redemptions based on performance tier:

| Tier        | Avg XP/Day |
| ----------- | ---------- |
| Casual      | 300 XP     |
| Engaged     | 600 XP     |
| Competitive | 1,000 XP   |
| Legendary   | 2,000 XP   |

3. **Burn Mechanic**:\
   X-Points are **burned on redemption**, removing them from circulation and anchoring the system against infinite token inflation.

#### Time-Limited Redemption & Snapshot

The X-Point system is a **limited-time opportunity** designed to reward early users. Once the grinding window closes, a **snapshot of player progress** will be taken from the database to determine final X-Point balances eligible for conversion.

After this snapshot, X-Points can no longer be earned or redeemed, and the $NVX allocation program will conclude.
